Accommodations at NCTC
Any student with a disability who would like accommodations in dual credit class(es) must request accommodations through the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) at NCTC. This means that the Office for Students with Disabilities (OSD) must approve all accommodations and the Dual Credit Student must present a letter from OSD. Click here for more information about accommodations at NCTC, including contact information to request accommodations.
TSI – Texas Success Initiative
Before enrolling in Dual Credit courses, students must prove college readiness in Reading, Writing, and/or Math. Students can receive exemption from this rule by performing well on ACT, SAT, or STAAR EOC. Students who are not exempt will take the TSI exam to prove college readiness. This exam is offered at NCTC.
You can also check out the Graham High School Website about more TSI information.
