Good Afternoon Parents-

In an effort to create a system that is safety focused and provides an opportunity for the community to participate in Pep Rallies, the following process will be used for all pep rallies this year. 

• Parents/Community Members that want to attend pep rallies will scan the attached QR Code or click here and provide the required information. Every person that wants to attend must fill it out. (This system is similar to Pioneer Elementary for class parties). This must be done each week we have a pep rally by Friday at 8am. This gives our front office staff enough time to print and organize the badges. The QR Code and link will be shared each week.
• On Pep Rally Day, Parents and Community Members who pre-enrolled will enter through the gym doors and will receive their badge. 
• If you did not enroll before Friday at 8am, you must check in at the front office.
• Parents and Community Members will sit in the home side section closest to the gym doors. If there is no more space in the lower section, then parents and community members will be directed to the upper section.
