Periodic Table

Sophomore PreAP Chemistry

Students will be required to complete a Safety Contract and pass a Safety Test before performing laboratory experiments.  A copy of the GHS Safety Contract and my Policies and Expectations is linked for your records.  Students will complete a Google Form in Google Classroom for each document.

Junior/Senior – AP Chemistry
This course is equivalent to 2 semester of college chemistry.  It is very challenging and students will be required to do a large amount of work outside of class time.  This course demands  dedication.  Students are expected to take the AP test in the spring.  This test allows a student to earn 2 AP chemsemesters of college credit for the lecture and the lab! That is 8 hours of college credit!
