Laptop Distribution

This information has been posted for students in Google Classroom and many have already signed up for their laptop appointment.

Any student may sign up for August 26th Laptop distribution.  All students will have to go through the orientation as we will be distributing to returning students (Grade 10, 11, and 12), New Students, and Freshmen.

Welcome to Graham High School! Whether you are an incoming 9th grader or new to town, we are excited to have you join our school community this year! GHS will provide an opportunity for our Freshmen and New Students to GHS to attend laptop orientation and distribution on Monday and Tuesday, August 24 & 25. You will utilize the links below to sign up for a time slot. For all new students to our campus, we provide a thorough orientation to the Apple MacBook Air laptop that each student receives. This process will take approximately 45 minutes. Parents may come in and watch the video but will not be allowed to come back where students actually pick up and setup their laptops due to COVID protocols. We do try to limit the interactions during the distribution of the physical laptop.

  • Laptop Distribution will take place in the GHS Auditorium/Commons off of the large parking lot adjacent to the game gym and Calaveras St.  Please enter through the far left door at the front of the Auditorium (door #11-12).  You will exit through the main door at the Commons.  
  •  You will need to wear a mask when you are in GHS going through the check-out process.
  • Students must have the Skyward Student Registration Process complete prior to coming to get a laptop!

  • Graham ISD Self Insurance Fees are due at time of pick-up.  Please bring cash for these fees.  If you have outstanding fines, please plan to pay those as well.
  • Fees are determined by lunch status
    • Regular Lunch Fee - $50
    • Reduced Lunch Fee - $25
    • Free Lunch Fee - $10
  • Students must be signed up for a distribution time.  Please arrive promptly for your time.  Plan to spend approximately 45-60 minutes going through laptop pick up.
