Transcript Information
Graduates, current or former students may request a copy of their official transcript from Graham High School using the following step.
Complete the following form:
- The transcript request will be completed within 48 hours in most cases, 10 business days max.
- Phone calls and voicemail will not be sufficient when requesting a transcript. We must have the completed form.
*Note: Your ACT and SAT scores will not be sent if we use the Texas Records Exchange system. Colleges require scores to be sent directly from ACT or CollegeBoard.
